Arcadia Radiology Medical Group has a staff of friendly and knowledgeable people coordinating their efforts to respond to your health care needs. We focus on obtaining the necessary information to make the scheduling process and each person's experience as convenient and timely as possible.

Scheduling Information

Our office hours are 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 8:30am - 1pm Saturday. We are open during lunch for your convenience. Patients are welcomed on a "walk-in" basis for certain exams, although appointments are encouraged.

Depending on the type of exam ordered by your physician, our schedulers will provide specific preparation instructions needed to complete the exam.

Patients should bring their insurance card, the exam order form filled out by their physician and any prior studies that relate to that day's exam.

When you arrive at our office, one of our receptionists will verifying that the information we have is complete and accurate. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will do everything to make sure this process is as seamless as possible.
